The pending submissions are gone already, I had to make it in the december time because a lot people submitted 2014 year meme images instead of draw this again deviations, thats why there is the "other memes" folder now as well!
It still won't let me submit to the correct folder, I keep getting the message " Submission would exceed the per-folder limit of 1 deviation every 30 days." and I am finding it rather frustrating that there is a limit now since this is one of the only groups that I enjoy submitting art to.Allso when making changes like these next time I suggest you inform everyone via a journal so people dont get pissed off about not being able to submit as much as they want to and used to.
Oha, than this was the default configuration for the new 2015 folder I guess! Thanks for mentioning, am changing that right now!
