Actually my apologies there, I had intended to add one of your works as a favorite as well (huzzah, I just did. Dig the little spider bot its a great design. You really have a nice body of works) but got sidetracked last night, I was multitasking all over the place LOL Believe me I think your works are just as impressive which is why I added a watch for your gallery Yeah, a friend of mine showed me genocidal penguin's gallery and I found your work through his favorites, his stuff is very impressive, great aesthetics and lines on his mechs. Thanks for the heads up on the other two artists, you are right they are really impessive designers as well.
There really is a lot of impressive work on Deviant and I intended to join for some time, I've just been awfully busy but figured I better kick myself in the ass and finally hop on here, its great extra exposure. I thank you much for the kind words, I imagine like most of you here I don't consider myself the best I just try to have as much fun as I can doing what I love. See you around for sure.

Thank you for the kind words. I'm tied up in a project for an ad company right now so I'm posting mainly older works but soon I'll be back to working on new stuff. I can't get enough of designing things

Thank you. Yeah Eva is a huge shadow to walk under. Once you make a mech "alive" and it has certain classical mecha features, eyes, faceplate narrow head, and chin jute, ala Gundam you're in that territory. I honestly wasn't influenced by Eva when designing some of these (it was more the hardcore Japanese modeler crowd, old school Gundam, and WWII hardware), posted and yet to be posted, but I do feel I want to move the future designs in a different direction. It's a fine line sometimes when so much has already been done.

You're more than welcome, I really liked your work. I think you have a great chance to get in with Dreampod 9. I submitted many years back, I was on file with them to potentially do work but ended up working for Dreamwave doing Transformers colors instead. Thanks for the good words about my gallery

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
The Cutting Edge is a weekly article that features brand new selected high quality art products that caught our eyes. Check out the cutting edge prints some of your fellow artists have submitted in the past week!
