i already know yakumo is a filler character~i just forgot who she was, (its been a long time since i watched those episodes with her) and i have a few next gene ocs myself~
yes, lot of people seems she is an oc but no she is a filler. I make her team with some filler people from naruto next gen too 
i saw those~it was very cute idea~characters like them need more love~
