I really love it.
I think it depends on how you like working really.
TVPaint is nice is you like that hand-drawn look that Disney movies have, Adobe Flash is nice for that vector-y, thick outlined look that Power Puff Girls and My Little Pony have. Of course you can do either style in either program but I'm more into TVPaint's big emphasis on traditional-looking drawing as opposed to Flash's emphasis on symbols.

Ahh All I have is flip book and photoshop with other adobe programs. Flash isn't really my favorite with all the coding you have to put in it sometimes. My one flash dress up game in here if u click the characters crotch his face disappears. XD I know I must of misplaced the layer but i never knew till someone laughed hard when she did that so Im keeping it.

The only one I sorta did was just someone on tumblr asked me to draw myself as a frog so I did that but that's about it.
