I did. I just got an email from the people saying that someone is reviewing the report now. I suppose that's good? I've never reported anyone before, so I don't know how many responses I'm going to get from them. 
(I've heard an awful lot that the admins do nothing about art thieves.)
By the way, I have a hunch that this guy had left and joined DA more than once, three times to be exact.

Yeah, you got to receive this email saying that your ticket is now in queue. That sounds like a good thing. At least someone shall review the situation soon.
Well, the sad truth is that the admins recently removed what was called the 3rd party reports, which allowed anybody to report a thief. Now only the original artist of the stolen picture can report it. <:I
Also, I've heard that some people still didn't have any answer from the report they filled. So sometimes, you just have to confront the thief by yourself. If they are understandable, the situation can be solved pretty quickly, and if not, well, you just have to be lucky I guess...
It could be, there are a few people who actually create new accounts after getting banned. And yep, feel free to note me about the issue if you want.

At least the guy's profile is gone, now. I don't know if he was banned or he deactivated, but I guess the report worked.
