Hello, there are artists who work only for publishers, others do as well in charges for private customers, but the price is different. An established artist probably will ask more money than for an artist who has never worked for publishers. To know more you should contact the artists with a note, asking them the price for a commission. I hope I explained myself. By 
How long does the copyright for pathfinder last? I see a lot of "2002-2014 C" type stuff. If I were to do a commission, how long will they hold onto the copyright for?
