For starting advice, if they continuously pick on you, tell someone, if they don't do anything, then keep telling them until they DO.

Well, there are some boys in my class...They are saying often bad things and sometimes they even hit me...
I told to my teacher but she doesn't stop them, she tells them to stop but they never listen

Okay, you know what. I'm gonna try to give you some self defense tips.
If someone tries to hit you, GRAB THEIR ARM QUICKLY, turn it around and press on their elbow. It will send them to the ground. Don't give any shits if you accidentally break their arm, you have EVERY RIGHT to defend yourself, and plus they are clearly asking to be hurt.
This is one of the reasons why I suggest Computer School.

Yeah, I would use them but sadly I really can't, I tried to defense myself and it was useless
And another thing is that their parents are sick as fuck and they are in closer relationship with my teacher than mom is, so I would get kicked out of the school if I would do that + our school is weird and really bad. They want a lot of money

TBH In my personal opinion, I'd get kicked out on purpose.

You should consider Private School/Home School...!
