The Falcon Pact is a small group (roughly 20-30 people) of Demacian Monster Hunters/Vigilantes. Rizz (removed the "o") is the Archon (leader) of this group (and he TOTALLY [sarcasm] doesn't have a crush on Quinn [my LoL crush)
