Does it often take this long to write chapters? Also, do you know when the next chapter is expected to come out?
I don't know how long it will take, but we have to be patient.
But on the TV Tropes page is says that the last update was October 21, 2014. It also says that they are doing revisions. Are the authors and editors reworking earlier chapters, or even completely rewriting them? Also, do you know if one of the people who work on CRISIS gives out updates, or says anything about what they are doing, or even when the next chapter is expected to come out?
No, I don't know them, but don't worry. The story will update when they're good and ready.
