How do I make this decoden icing? what are the materials and how do I prepare it?

Other people may use different things but what I use is silicone sealent you can get it from most hardware shops, it is meant for the bathroom and household to fill gaps but a lot of people use it for decoden cream as well.
You would need a sillicone gun to get it out and then pipe it into a cake icing bag with a star icing tip to make it look like icing then stick what ever you want in it before it dries and then you're done also it has a texture of rubber when it's dry.
