Not only because she really looks like a live action version of her, but this chick is a badass in person. I got to them in concert on my 20th birthday and I got to shook hands with her when she wasn't busy.X3 But really, she's such a badass and shows emotions in her videos....

I know! Honestly, she had said Harley Quinn was always her favorite comic book character so she wanted her on stage persona to be like her. Even in her music videos, it gives me vibes of Harely.
Heck, she even dresses like her in some concerts and photo shoots for the fans while Nikki Misery dresses as the Joker.
