Yea, the person decided to create a plush of the same Rainbow Dash plush he made. But he decided to create the Commander Hurricane armor and it fits on Rainbow Dash, he even included the helmet on her. I'll provide you a link to the image.

According to The Journal of the Two Sisters: The Official Chronicles of Princesses Celestia and Luna, an officially licensed companion book to the My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic series written by show writer Amy Keating Rogers, all of Equestria's founders were mares. All of them...except for Commander Hurricane, who was a stallion.
Her wings are kinda hidden well, just look at the armor plates of Commander Hurricane and you might be able to see them. And also, does that mean I have to pronounce Commander Hurricane as a stallion now? Cause this is actually pretty interesting to hear about the MLP series, when was this heard?
Ah. And some like to say Commander Hurricane is a mare, because she was played by a mare. Even now, though I know Commander Hurricane's true gender, it is strange for me to refer to her as a stallion. Indeed it does, I may have to get it myself once I get paid. Though, I think it's just best for me to prefer the stallion as a mare, I'm more attached to change her gender to her true sex. But atleast we know her true sex atleast.
