One of the lastest MS Vista Updates (KB933928) kills custom visual themes.
You can fix that just renaming the 'aero.msstyles.mui' file located in '<theme name>/en-US' folder to '<theme name>.msstyles.mui'
Remember, the 'msstyles.mui' file always according to theme name.

but i have a problem
your latoyceRC1 skin...i cant use WMP anymore..it says the DDL has the wrong code number then what was expected and has to be reinstalled. can this be fixed? if i replace it with the back-up'ed original ill just get the default one back right? yours is way better...damn...
