I have no clue how to make icons...Lol unless you're willing to make you XD lol just kidding.
XD Well, from what I've seen most just make gifs. I use paint to make each frame (zooming in so I can draw them tiny) and then gimp to turn it into a gif animation.
Ahh gotcha, see I don't have paint.
What do you use? O.o
