spraypainting is.. easy but can take a lifetime to master.
how I made that canvas was by altering a photo so it had only 3 layers of colour, printing off 3 copies and lamenating them, then cutting out the single area's of colour in each copy. Then I'd put one on the canvas, spray over it, take it off, wait for it to dry, then do the same with the other layers.
