Comment on communism's profile

I said you pony loving grown men make this look unprofessional.

No one's gonna take you seriously if u like a children's show.

Oh really now? I've been taken plenty seriously by many. Just ask those who have, time and again, voted me to be CPDA General Secretary. Just ask those who have actually had serious political conversation with me. Just ask any who have said my conclusions on what is to be done with the bourgeoisie have frightened them. Or the many more who have argued with me, outright argued with me, about just how very wrong my politic is, and how I have no rational or objective thinking in my head. As for "giving Communism a bad name", where have you been for the past century? Communism has largely had a "bad name" with the majority of non-Communists since Stalin. Compared to the Great Purge, the enjoyment of ponies is rather trivial in the "bad name" department, wouldn't you think?

But why should I bother to change your opinion anyway? You are, after all, who you are. You will think as you please, regardless of what anyone may say. Such is are the wonders of free thought and expression.

Well if lets assume your ultimate goal is to establish a communist society/utopia then you would have to lead (at least for the first stages  of marxism). Do you think people would consider a leader who has a little girl cartoon fetish, a fit leader? Or at least anywhere far from a joke?

I take back what I said, you don't give Communism a bad name, you just make it look so silly, like childs play.

If that is how you feel, so be it. But the writings made, the imagery created for the cause should speak for itself. If The-Necromancer's own works and deeds do not prove His commitment, even His willingness to die for the Cause if that should be necessary, nothing will change your mind about Him.

A note on your last comment: Those with any political belief could be made to look "silly" by their choice of icon. Conservatives, Liberals, and all others. But never forget the folly of judging a book by it's cover. Sometimes, it will surprise you.

But people atleast try and make the cover professional.

One of the most serious political minds I've ever met on DeviantART had an icon featuring a wasp with a gavel. It floated about. That's not even considering his screen name, which I will not bother repeating. For the apparent silliness of this person's "appearance", they were by far one of the most challenging and enjoyable people one could have spoken with about politics.

That being said, I'm not a professional politician. I'm not a Political Science professor. I'm not a professional artist, whatever the definition of that is. What The-Necromancer IS is a dedicated Communist who bothered to take the time to stand up for the Cause. For that, I was entrusted with this group by it's original founders. I was then entrusted by nearly unanimous vote of the group's members since. I've had other icons over the years, some of which were political. One should have heard the bellyaching and scathing criticisms from some quarters when my icon was of comrade Stalin. Oh my, yes. One's little 50x50 icons may change over the years, yet their passions remain the same.

Hmmmmmm...

You have now made The-Necromancer intensely curious as to what His first icon had ever been. He doesn't even remember anymore.

To be perfectly honest, I am beginning to grow tired of having to justify myself to you. I cannot possibly figure out what bothers you so terribly much about that little square by my username. Hell, even my username isn't particularly professional to any extent. I do, however, find it interesting that while you are apparently from the DPRK (an interesting fact, considering the DPRK doesn't really have the Internet as most of the world knows it), you do not have a picture of any of the Kim family as your icon. One would think otherwise. Unless of course you reject Juche and Songun, which would likely make life in the DPRK very difficult for anyone.

This becomes even more confusing when you seem to be posing as IDruDat (Ramon), having said on yer profile page that Ramon died. Hijacking someone's account, even if you are a friend or family. Rather shameless, isn't it? But hey, what does someone as sloppy and unprofessional as I know about anything?

Me dying was a joke to an old friend who i hadn't talked to in a while and is off topic.

Communism gets a bad rep as it is. People wondering into your group seeing its top member has a girls cartoon as its icon will lower the rep even more. Itll be lowered to child's play.

Communism is not child's play.

Fortunately for yourself, we have discussed this matter. I felt it important enough to get a peer review from my fellow Committee members.

They, however, are not as inclined to criticism as you. When I asked if it would be in the group's best interest to change my little picture, they either did not care or were of the opinion that my icon is my business alone.

You handily ignored the inquiry about your own icon. Dying as a joke is also...

...childish.
