Its a WIP not finished yet. For the head I'm using Styrofoam and carving it into the shape of the black hobby horse head. It's actually coming along well but it presenting a few challenges. I'd recommend finding a friend that it skilled in the art of sculpting for a better finish. But if not just reference off of the original hobby horse to try and capture the look you're wanting.
