I've been seeing this group around for the longest...but I have no idea how it works 
Glory Be at it's purest origin, simply means you take a journal (digital or real) and you just try to write every single day.
Of all the pieces or snippets that you write, you can (but are not obliged to!) upload two per week to this group and at the end of the year you get the option to swap works with other Glory Be members, that can become collab's, pieces you'd like critiqued, or whatever else you'd fancy

Bytheway, I wanted to add to my description that it is the aim to write every day, so don't think you've failed when you miss a couple (: Secondly, you don't have to write "finalized" pieces every day, just scribble down thoughts, snippets, and feel free to work on it for a few days more, or when you read tid-bits you wrote from a few weeks/months ago, play with it when you feel you can finally pull it in a work you meant.
