for a start, with your desktop conversion.. head over to -

aquaxp.com

and register. theyre both communities dedicated to making xp look like osx, and are both packed with downloads (skins, apps, mods, etc)

also, check out -
iceman's emulation

he has a whole bunch of modded system files, icons, and a great osx jaquar theme


and lastly,
~-kol - he has the best osx style visual styles for xp, that i've seen.. anywhere.
