I wrote to the administrators, reported four photos. Thy answered that he got a warning. A couple of days ago I reported yet another picture, but the fellow is still there, collecting other people's work whenever he wishes. I am speculating, but I can only imagine that DA keeps the maximum of members online, even the Trolls, so that they can impress the advertisers with a huge number of membership. It's a real shame for our community.
All I can say is keep trying.If you see other photographers photos in his gallery and can do so,let them know about him.Perhaps if enough photographers report him,maybe they will ban him or at least get him to remove all of the photos from his gallery.He's been banned before and came back again under a new profile and seems to think that if he gives full credit to the real photographers,he's safe and okay to keep going.But with the thousands of members who pay and with those who don't,seems to me that they can afford to lose the thieves. 
So all I can say is keep trying.I'll keep an eye out with the groups I watch to see if I see any photos from him that are really from other deviants here on DA.If he has any money to pay models and has the right camera,he can take photos like that himself.Seems that he prefers to steal,rather than do it honestly.But keep trying John.If you give up,so will others and he'll get away with it.We got enough thieves as it is without having this one too.Have a great weekend my friend,ttys.
