Since joining the group last month, I have tried to submit an artwork two different times (the request keeps expiring) and I was wondering if you are accepting artwork from everyone or just contributors. The artwork in question is here: 
I am submitting it the Doctor Who folder but I don't want to waste anyone's time to try to resubmit it again if the request expires again. Thanks in advance for the help and I apologize for my confusion for submission requirements.

I'm sorry for all your trouble. Yes, i accept works from all members, not just contributors. We typically get from 25 to 65 submissions every single day, and never let them just sit there unanswered. Although some members have brought to my attention that certain works ( for whatever reason ) don't come through. I've never seen your drawing before. But if you try to resubmit it again, i'll keep an eye out and see if it actually comes through. If it doesn't, i'll let you know. It could be an issue with DA itself. I'd like for you to try again though.
