tech pens aren't for everyone. I've been drawing with the literally since I was a kid. I had them 8 to 10 years before I ever even saw a comic...so it's something I've always worked with. Just happens I was able to use it in comics.
I learned with a brush and then a 102 for comics.....I then went back and just mixed all three in. I can basically ink with anything. It's all the same shit. It's your brain and hand control that basically will make or break the tool.
Tech pens are like the stiffest sharpest brush you could ever use. That's how I see it. Croww quill is like in between a brush and a pen....and then you have markers and stuff which get softer and softer.
Awesome start. Great pencil and ink work. I see more B+W shading than color. Hope to see more, I'm always a fan of comic related art. Anime gets so mundane. I shall be watching you....
Not sure what all these different things do...I guess mainly thanks for stopping by here, and for anyone who took the time to post a little note...an extra thanks to you. I am trying to get a favorites together for art I've seen here so far over the last 3 days.....gotta start working on a friends list, and probably more....I am going into this pretty blind so I am sure it'll take a few days.
