Awesome! I hope it printed out okay. I played around with some mat colors ideas in photoshop, and a warm, lightish neutral gray actually doesn't look half bad. It's softer than straight black or white, but since it's desaturated it doesn't draw attention from the piece. If you find a color that you really like, go for it, but if you're stuck for ideas, try out a warm (warm meaning more yellowy-pinkness to it, rather than a colder bluer hue) midtone gray and see how that works.
