Well, there should be those buttons on the upper right, like, "Submit Art" and "Update Journal" and stuff like that.

You can also click 'Edit Profile', which lets you change some stuff that I can help you understand. I have a few avatars I can give you, too. And on 'Edit Profile', you can change your settings, like, what your displayed mood is and stuff. (You'll come to comprehend this all in good time...)
