1. In order to effectively manage violations of "Da Rules" on Earth, Von Strangle hires a human adjutant, Yurishka Buatarkov. Problem is, the 6'8" Buatarkov is/was both a lethal Spetznaz operative and a former interrogator for the KGB. He decides that things would be better if Fairy-World were brought under Communist rule, the better to fight the “injustice” he sees around him.
2. At some point, Buatarkov decides (for whatever reason) put himself up for the position of Timmy’s guardian. He is granted anti-fairy status and moves into Timmy’s house. Timmy’s world collapses as his godparents are taken away (maybe?) and his new guardian imposes the worst tradition of dedovshchina (Russian army hazing, look it up at [link]) upon him.
3. With the assistance of Norm the genie, Buatarkov forces open the gates between Fairy World and Earth and invades with a large force (size and composition to be determined). It is up to Timmy and his friends to stop Stalinist doctrine from finding a new home, but how?
That is all for now. Send me your thoughts as to whether I should actually entertain this notion. I’ve already worked out some other minor plot points. Feel free to send me any questions or to criticize me for my pipe dreams. Thanks in advance!
