I'm replying your note here, after all this is information.

Reefer Madness was originally a movie, portraying the "evils" of marijuana. I had a collection of posters from the movement that spawned from it, which was the prime reason marijuana was made illegal in the United States (and within a period of time in other countries, as the U.S. has that lovely tendency to inflict their apparent moral rea$ons upon the rest of the planet).

The post I remember the best depicted the a black huge devil, in contrast with flames (it was obviously hell), and mothers crying while holding up their dead sons (which were as they wanted to portray, killed by marijuana [even though, as any chimpanzee knows today, there has never been a documented case of death caused by marijuana]).

The movie, if watched today, is pretty comical. But at the time it was shown, the public had no other information.

It's a pretty interesting subject. MJ was made illegal by false propaganda (it depicted it's users as going insanely violent, becoming rapists, or permanently insane under its effects). One of the primary reasons behind that is that it was a menace to the cotton market. I suggest you read this for further info:

A google search on the term would also help, of course.

A friend scanned some of the books/posters that started being published at the time, in decorrence of the movie. I'm posting it under the same section "stock photos" you posted your "Teen-Age Dope Slaves", so you can take a look.
Thanks! Hug
