Well i'm alittle new here myself but from what i can gather a fav stands for favorate. When you "fav" someone or a deviation (artwork that is posted here) you are adding that person to your watch/friends list (and will be notified when this person posts a picture or makes a journal entry etc) or you are adding one piece of their artwork to your collection of deviations you personally like. I do believe its a form of complement since it tells the artist you enjoy their work and really admire a paticular piece of art.

the first question i have for you, is there any possible way i could get hi-rez versions of your pencils to make a 11*17 printout and take a stab at inking them?
if thats not cool, then thats fine.
