New gallery! I'm excited but nervous. I have been a member of Elfwood since 1998, and that site is the main reason that I've created so much art over the years. For the last few years, however, I just haven't found the motivation I need in Elfwood. I hope to connect with old friends, new artists, and create a whole new body of work on DeviantArt.
Wow, I can't believe I got comments on my first day on DA. On Elfwood, of course, I lived for comments, and they were relatively few and faw between. Well, I was definitely not one of the better fantasy artists on that site. There is a lot more variety on DA, and this appeals to me. Hmm... where did I put my sketchbook? In the meantime, I'll just upload my favorite marker pictures from 2004-2006.
Hmm... I just love pictures of people's backs lately. I don't know why. But I'm just gonna go with it, and don't be surprised if my next picture features someone's back. XD
Either that, or I might finish a drawing of Malraune, Drakken and Linde that's been abandoned in my sketchbook for months. I really want to do a cool stained glass style for it with watercolors but I'm afraid to mess up what I have so far.
I just came back from my trip to Seattle and I have only one day left to devote to creativity before another long, draining work week. O_o
