Yeah, it was supposed to be a hand popping out of the waterfall, covered in vines.

Ahh to me it looked as if the fingers were touching the waterfall

You know what? That probably makes more sense, I'll go with that one.

When my eyes adjusted to the drawing it looked like the fingers were touching the water and had sparklies on the fingertips.

The glowy fingertips was intentional, though. c:
Maybe it could be a hand coming out of a waterfall... to touch another waterfall!

Or maybe it's a double waterfall...
