My name is DKL and I hail from... uh... California.
I've been learning how to draw for the last month or so and have made an okay amount of progress (hopefully).
I'm hoping to release a Cardcaptor Sakura doujinshi soon, but I'm still in training (and I'm still writing it).
ALSO... people might not notice, but the common theme between all of my drawings is actually that they're all from works that were animated by my favorite Japanese animation studio: Madhouse.
Yeah... I'm a totally big fan of theirs... anyway, if I was gonna learn how to draw, I thought that it would make sense to learn from their stuff.
What else is there?
Uhh… oh yeah… I hang out a lot at anime sites such as:
animeondvd.com
themanime.org
animenewsnetwork.com
In the boards, I mean… though I’ve been lazy a lot.
Uh… I actually write reviews for themanime.org, but I’ve been lazy over the last few… months and the last thing that I actually wrote was a review for Masayuki Kojima’s Monster.
So… yes… I guess that’s all…
Anywho, please feel free to… uh… browse around and stuff. Or something.
thank you or the favourite and the watch.
my first watch ^0^ (the other one is my friend from gaia so iunno if that counts xD)
thank you ^_^
and i like your art. i can never get my anotomy right xP
Oh yeah! The anatomy thing... well... I am copying stuff, so I do have a guide (I really only have like 2 original drawings up... I kinda stopped though when I realized I need more training).
i like to do random pictures. i could do fan art or gaia avis but if its just a plain girl or soemthing it bores me. i also dont like doing humans as mcuh as i do elves and such. there so fun to do. i love the exagerated features.
this place is still a little hard to figure out. but i havnt been here for long so i guess ill take that excuse xD
