Can non-premium at least use <img> tags? I know that didn't use to be the case, making some of my buttons nigh useless :c Couldn't use thumbs either now I think of it, which is almost inexcusable considering the point of dA

I think the rule of thumb is: If it's anything you'd want to use, you have to pay for it
