I actually enjoy Beta reading. It lets me do what I usually do in my head and give it back to the authors to help them get better. But even besides that fact, I just really like reading. Usually after I finish a book, I'll get on the computer and read something unpublished by someone I like, just for the change of pace. I try not to think of it as just another job. Although, I do look forward to one day being able to charge people for it.
And as to reading your other stuff, I haven't read too much more. But what I've read, I've liked.

I've read the beginning of the one you sent me to beta read (I'm working on it as I eat, actually.) and I've read the Hitler vs. LOLCats one.
Oh...that one. Whenever I read it again I don't know whether to be immensely proud or deeply embarassed.
