Tho, people always comment on my noses, just trying to develop a style ;p It's all good. I actually hand draw my pics (most of the time I get bored with them and scan em in unfinished) then edit them in Photoshop from there. The best way to learn is to set yourself a project, tis what I did. Inspiration is also a good thing to have, wait till uni starts again and I won't even have time to think about my art. You're not too bad yourself, keep it up. Good luck!
