Thank you for providing lineart for coloring practice! I'm looking into becoming one and was looking for practice lineart and yours is wonderful. Any advice/insight into what makes a good colorist or what you personally enjoy or look for in a coloring job would be well received. :)

Hi, no problem, i look for pencils so i share my inks in the same fashion pencils do. As to coloring, Check out painters and colorists you like along with old masters (Da Vinci,Rafieal,Micheangleo,John Singer Sargent and so on) as well as new ones like Peter Stigerwald, JG Jones, Frank Frazetta, Myles Pinkey, Hilderbrandt bros, Adam Hughes, and so on. Know your color theiory, How lighting works and working the color like a painter or cel painter for animation. Classical technique is key in painting. Have fun and keep at it. Check out the ACC here artitscomiccollective.com or on facebook, thier always looking for a colorist.
