Actually I have already choosen a colourscheme for Veronica. And just as you suggested i made her a blonde with a very tanned skincolour.

I did do Neo-style art for about 6 months. That CG one (first 5 in the gallery) is based on Neo. I saw the artist's gallery on geekshelf.com and I new I had to try the style out. I've done some pretty good stuff with it, but nothing new.
You have a lot of good stuff here. Megaman fan I suppose? ^^ Megaman is the best. I cant seem to draw anything else!
