It's been awhile since I posted here, due to the site's dislike of my ISP, so I have to be content with using different comps. Not so hard to do, but a pain, as the CLOSEST comp that I can use belongs to my local library. I can use my sister's when I finally begin to post my art here, but that may be a long, involved process, too. But at least SHE has a scanner. I don't...yet, anyway.
Another ordeal that I've gone through recently is that my comp got hit by the Trojan Horse Virus the other day. My sis had to come up and reformat the whole thing, so it's just like I got the comp out of the box new. We gotta reinstall EVERYTHING, and THAT is gonna be a 24-carat PAIN!!! Fortunately, though, I do learn from my mistakes, and I now have a pretty good virus protection program on my faithful l'il ol' comp, which I will proudly recommend to ANYONE! It is even BETTER than Norton OR McAfee, so get it, folks. It's at [link], and it's called AVG. It's totally free and updates itself CONSTANTLY (well, every 24 hours, anyway). You just have to leave your comp on, and online, til it does it (that's usually the time you've finished downloading it, so make a note of the time), and you're all set. I know that if my sis (who has tangled with the Trojan Horse virus at least SIX times, and has had to reformat HER comp as many times bcause of it!) HADN'T downloaded AVG for me the other night, the damage would have been a LOT worse...like as in it would've completely WIPED OUT my whole registry and it would've been a three or four day job of redoing my comp rather than the half-day that it took to get it back to where I can use it and back on the Internet. So if you DON'T have adequate virus protection, I highly recommend AVG. It sisexcellent!
Well, I've soap-boxed enough for today, peeps, so I'm gonna back on outta here and get some other stuff done. So, til NEXT time...........

Thanks, Red! So do I, as I REALLY want to post my pics here (once I get my scanner, that is! LOL ) so everyone can see them...ESPECIALLY my BMFM and SWAT Kats buddies. And I WILL get them up here eventually...even if I have to use my sis's comp and scanner til I get this Socket-dislike mess hashed out with the site's admins. And we ARE workin on it, trust me!
Good to be here, Midnight, and thanks muchlies for both the warm welcome and for you and Red being two of my "watchers" . I hope I get more of those soon...especially some of our gang from Red Planet. Catch ya later, y'all!!!
Yeah, you probably do. It's me, Whitewolf89. LOL You know, the "I need help, peeps" maven. You're Ian.Bardioc, too, right? Welcome to "My Page", friend. Hopefully, there will be some of my varied art up here soon....but probably NOT til after the first of next year. Rats.

You're welcome, girlfriend, and it was my distinct and great pleasure. I just wish I could put your avatar/icon piccy up there to show it. You have any hints on HOW I can do that? I want to do it for ALL of the bros and sys' on my Friends list.
