I looked at your gallery, I think you're off to a great start. If you just keep working on observational skills and practice often, you can get as good as you want to be. There's definitely creativity and talent there to work from. I am constantly sketching, painting, studying something, that's really the only way to improve. If people are your favorites subjects (they're definitely mine!) then focus on that. Have you been drawing for very long?
