I really should start doing some art of my own...even though I don't have photoshop...Although i do have a scanner...which is lucky.

If you cried when Axel Faded, copy and paste this into your signature.
Definately give it a go! I'd try GIMP, which last I heard is open source, and also, keep in mind that scanners tend to show up everything on a page - including the oil from your fingertips! Try playing with brightness and contrast after scanning in order to assist cleaning up lineart.
