i hope you like it here. it's really a great place to get a variety of opinions on a particular piece and grow as an artist as a result.

im sure that as soon as you get going on your graphic arts (design) courses in college, you'll have a lot of great stuff to post up here.

looking forward to what you can come up with.

to start off on dA, get a good group of artists you admire, comment on their stuff, slowly people will start commenting on yours, and then it will snowball into a lot of good input. people will only give back in measure to what you hand out, so leave insightful comments too.

it's always a slow start but if you really want to take this medium as a venue for you to showcase your artwork and get noticed, then start getting some stuff out there during your spare time. deviantART really has a lot of potential in that area (micah and i both have profited financially from the exposure dA has brought).

anyways, good luck mike.
