My best advice is cliche, but it's cliche for a good reason. It's true! Here it is: Practice makes perfect! The more you practice, the more you learn, and the more you learn the better you will get. Also, don't be afraid to use others as inspiration. You don't have to copy, but if something inspires you, run with it! And if art is your zen, don't EVER let anyone tell you that you're no good, or that you should stop. Do what you love because it makes you happy! I see potential in you. Keep drawing! And learn everything you can from everyone you can. There's always something new to learn.

Wow that shading is amazing. I had to really busy days at work so I didn't have time to start. Over the next two days though I'm try and make some head way though.
