What do H.P. Lovecraft, W.B. Yeats, and A.B. Beardsley all have in common?.. (aside from the fact that they all used their initials in their names and they were all famous, that is)..
They all belonged to the OTO (Order of The Golden Dawn) in Great Britain at the same time with Aleister Crowley..
and as you may be aware, W.B. Yeats was a poet, and A.B. Beardsley was an artist..

WB Yeats and AB Beardsley I knew were linked to the Golden Dawn but HPL wasn't an actual member was he? I've never read much about his life, but somehow the image of him and Crowley in the same room seems impossible!
Some friends of mine once lived in a house Crowley had lived in, but it was too long ago for me to remember the stories in any detail!

no, no this was a house or flat in or around London or the home counties I think, I never went there, because I didn't meet them until afterwards, so I'm not entirely sure, but it was most likely to have been a flat.
I'm not sure how long Crowley lived/stayed there, but he definitely did, as the place is locally infamous, which is why they chose it! Ha!ha!
I wish I'd kept in touch now!
