Currently no.
I would prefer people to value the work themselves and offer as much they see fit. I understand that most DA users don't have much to offer, but everything helps.
I've done free requests in the past and got overwhelmed by the ammount of them which is nice, but unmanageable for me to do them all.
If you want you can send me a note with the commision details and how much you want to offer for it.
