A large snake is just finishing up its meal: a human boy. At this point, the snake has reached the boy's feet, which are protruding from its mouth. One foot still has a sock on, all soggy, sticky, and gooey from saliva, while the other foot is either:
a) still socked, and the snake's tongue has crept inside and is licking the sole.
b) sockless (the sock being on the ground below, covered in saliva), and the snake's tongue is enjoying the foot - especially the toes.
c) partially socked, as the snake is still in the process of removing it.
The snake's face should display both a sense of enjoyment and disgust (from the taste) as it swallows the prey. Also, discarded clothing laying on the ground (such as a shirt, pants, boxers, and sneakers) covered in saliva would be cool.
And that's it for that little idea.
Btw, are you open to drawing things like Pokemon characters in vore situations, such as Mewtwo (he's got BIG FEET!) eating Ash? And what about humans being turned/transformed into the same creature that's eating them . . . while they're being eaten?
