If you go to the top where it says messages, click on that. And then on the page that opens you will see a group of options on your lower right hand side. Amongst those is something called "Random Deviant". If you click on that you will get a random deviant's profile page. That's how I ran into you.
It's pretty cool, because every once and a while you run into something that you would not have thought to look up, but turns out to be interesting in some way anyways. Like your very cool mech sculpture for instance, I would not have thought to search for something like that (though I do like anime and stuff). I do a pretty different type of art (psychedelic), but now that I see your mech sculpture I can "groove" on that too. The random option encourages broadening perceptions & tastes in art and understanding of different people's perspectives. By and large it's a good thing.
Anyways pleased to meet you. If you need help with anything, I'm glad to help if I can.
Awesome. I'm working on some "real" mech art and I hope to post it eventually. Though, I have a huge pile of my entire artistic history to scan first. Who knows, I may even post TB if I feel the need for an online backup.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
