To make an animated blinky...
I used paint shop pro 7 and animation shop that came with it. Each layer was a separate frame of the animation... if you had animation shop I could do a step by step thing, but otherwise it's kinda difficult to explain in words. o___0

Ahg man! I need to buy a new paintshop. I'm using the one that comes with my scanner its called acrosoft paitshop 5 its really lame! Thats why I use my colored pencils... plus im fond of the shadowing technequies i can get.
