I'd say your sunsets are the best. Great colors.

The portrats are expressive, but I'd pay more attention to the light in them. A few have shadows or light that make it harder to see the girl's face.

Nice gallery overall.

Any suggestions on how to improve the lighting? I am a amateur who just started taking pictures and found I had a little bit of natural talent, I'm defintely interested in getting better, but can't afford classes at the moment.

I'm still working on that myself... I'm in pretty much the same position. I've found that midday sun is usually too bright and harsh. I usually go out later in the day, when the sun is just high enough to still be there, and you get some pretty cool shadows. I guess you could do the same in the morning, but I'm usually not awake then. Other than that it's mostly just expirimenting and figureing out what you like.

Yes she is. Unfortunatly over the last year I've lost contact with her. It's a shame, we were good friends. Plus the more 'erotic' shots we were going to take would be nice. :)

Check out some of the new sunrise shots I've taken and just uploaded, if you liked the sunset these will be nice too.
