Yep. Bunnies tend to do so without concern for the world around them. It's like it's their job to do it. I wonder where the Fantasy Fox is to sort them out and like eat the really bad ones and let only the good ones re-produce... 
You'd want that, but them foxes be tricksy buggers... XD
