I've asked people on etsy if they had any sort of contact form her after their purchase and they seem to have no problems communicating with her.
I don't know whether her email is broken or her internet is spotty, but it is very hard to get a hold of her. Maybe she's just super busy with sewing plushies for Christmas?
Either way it is very hard to get a hold of her. I'll try emailing her again after new year's. I just hope she's OK.
