Welcome to deviantART! Now that you are a deviant (that's what members are called), you can do lots of things, such as submit art (called deviations), make journals, add other deviants as friends and add deviant's artwork to your favourites! 
Two great places there are to go are the Help Desk and the Welcome Center.
