this is photo from a sarah michele gellar site ..its placed in photoshop layer with opacity 30-40 percent sketched over and revealed with eraser

the photo underneath is exposed when erased at 6% when finished detail smoothed off new layer and airbrush background new layer

remove face blemishes with cloner..2 hours tops.. done it myself on shorter deadlines...blur applied with blur tool 6% ...its photoshop manipulation with texture placed in photoshop filters

any competent photoshop artist can do it try it yourself...an alterative would be to deblemish the original photo which would take 30 minutes ..
